6 day, All Inclusive, Yoga, Wedding Flower Workshop and Meditation Retreat in Los Cabos Mexico

Sometimes playing with flowers and being one with yourself is a perfect way to de-stress, but what if you could also hike in nature, attend yoga classes, enjoy sunrises with a view, and much much more? This retreat combines meaningful wellbeing experiences to embrace all the beautiful things in life, surrounded by rural nature and absolute serenity. Slow mornings with nourishing breakfasts and fun, energetic floral activities during the rest of the day.
Jenny Thomasson will be curating our mindful floral moments, showing us how to incorporate fresh and dried materials sourced locally and from around Mexico and North America. Expect bright and colorful workshops, time to spend on your floral craft and picking up new and exciting tips and techniques as well as coming together with other floral enthusiasts.
The instructors at Yandara will take you visiting secret areas and will be leading bespoke sea view yoga classes to add to the enjoyment of the day with the right mindset. No matter what your level, everybody is welcome to join.
The program is limited to 20 students.

OUR HOSTS: Jenny Thomasson is an accomplished and featured floral designer, with over 20 years experience in North America, Canada, Mexico and China. Her work has been featured in different magazines, stage presenter for AIFD national Symposium, featured designer at the Philadelphia Flower Show, represented North America in a world wide competition, speaker and presenter for numerous stage, state and independent floral design programs, a member of the exclusive Teleflora Education Specialist Team, accomplished author, curator and product developer and so much more. Jenny loves to be connected with different cultures, creatively combining flowers & plants, teaching, exploring, and always learning.
Christopher Perkins is the co-founder of Yandara and has over 20 years of meditation and yoga practice, his presence inspires those around him to enter their hearts and connect to their truest potential. Christopher has the gift to bring his students through fun and challenging flow sequences while cultivating the shared awareness that is Yoga. His style is dynamic and intuitive, mixing creative movement with a powerful asana practice. Christopher’s passion for yoga philosophy and yoga psychology is a part of his daily life and weaves naturally into his teachings.
Sarasvati brings an open mind and an open heart to the mat. A lover of the Ocean and the Elements, she often ties her classes into the themes of nature. She loves exploring Yoga as an expression of the joy and abundance all around us. Sarasvati has been studying and teaching with Yandara since 2009. She is an inspired devotional musician and has had the pleasure of studying mantra and kirtan with her mother, Mercy Ananda. Her receptive and joyful nature invites exploration on the mat and a playful outlook on life. Inspired by the transformations she sees in the students at Yandara, Sarasvati holds a loving space for all to express their unique gifts with the community. More than anything, she believes in the power of a group, where each individual puts the best parts of themselves forward to heal the Earth and all beings!
Total Cost:All-Inclusive Cost: $2,995 This price includes tuition, meals, accommodation, round-trip airport transfers and welcome gift. This does not include travel to Los Cabos.
- 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM: Practice and Instruction of yoga flow and walking and sitting meditation. - 9:00 AM: Herbal tea, papaya, banana, granola, oatmeal and boiled eggs. - 10:00 AM to 12:45 PM: Jenny Thomasson lead flower demonstration for the day's wedding topic. - 12:45 PM: Brunch: Delicious vegetarian meals are served buffet style. Fish and dairy may be served on occasion. - 2:15 PM to 6:30 PM: Student Practice and hands on instruction for the day's wedding flower design topic. - 6:30 PM: Dinner: Healthy and delicious vegetarian meals served buffet style. Fish and dairy may be served on occasion. - 7:30 PM to 9:15 PM: Activities vary each night, to include bonfires, yoga under the stars, Sound therapy session, music and more. * Optional experiences such as astrology reading, reiki session, therapeutic massage

Yoga: Yin and Hatha
Accommodations: Beautiful cotton canvas safari tents with a plush mattress and down comforter. These tents will make your stay truly memorable. Towels are included. For couples we can offer a larger tent with a larger bed. These are available in a limited and not during all of our courses. We have 6 bathrooms and 8 showers on our campus. All tents have Wifi connection and electricity.

Payments: - Early Bird Special - $2695 if paid in full by 11/1/2021 or - $500 deposit to hold your spot, remaining balance due by 1/1/22
Cancellations: If you cancel by 1/2/22, you will receive a refund minus $500 After 1/2/22 cancellation, no refund will be given.
Covid Policy: For cancellations due to Covid-19, full refunds are given. This includes new government travel restrictions, cancelled flights and sudden illness.
