Take your floral design skills to the next level with the Design Test Eval + 1:1 Focus Group, an exclusive, hands-on experience designed to provide personalized feedback and guidance. This program is ideal for floral designers seeking to refine their craft, build confidence, and receive direct, tailored coaching and work towards their own goals of certification. 

With only 6 spots available, each participant gets dedicated 1:1 time for a truly customized learning experience. Each person will sign up for two of the days outlined in the time frame as a first come, first serve basis. The first day you will work on your mock CFD test, consisting of 5 designs in 4 hours and self assessment. On the second day you will work with JennyT, 1:1 to discuss her evaluation of your designs, share what you do really well and what areas you need to put focus on and work on. This is tailored to each individual for a personalized result.

This program spans two days:

• Day 1: Participate in a mock CFD design test, simulating real-world conditions to showcase your skills in a supportive yet challenging environment.

• Day 2: Receive a personalized evaluation of your work, where I’ll share constructive feedback and highlight areas for improvement. Following the evaluation, we’ll engage in hands-on design time together, working on specific skills and techniques tailored to your needs.
